PB-g-NIPAM温敏性核壳结构微球的制备与表征
Preparation and Characterization of PB-g-NIPAM Temperature-sensitive Core-shell Structure Microsphere
【摘要】 将N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)接枝到聚丁二烯胶乳(PBL)粒子上,制备N-异丙基丙烯酰胺接枝聚丁二烯(PB-g-NIPAM)共聚物,并对PB-g-NIPAM的接枝率、结构、粒子粒径和形貌进行分析。结果表明,最佳反应条件是NIPAM浓度为30%,温度为60℃,时间为4h;FT-IR图谱显示出PB-g-NIPAM有NIPAM特征吸收峰;LPS显示平均粒径增加;TEM观测到PB-g-NIPAM粒子呈核壳结构。
【Abstract】 N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAM) was grafted onto polybutadiene latex via emulsion polymerization. Graft degree, particle size and morphology of PBL-g-NIPAM were analyzed. The best reaction conditions were 30%concentration of NIPAM, 60℃ of reaction temperature and 4 hour of reaction. FT-IR analysis shows that there are characteristic absorption peaks of NIPAM, LPS indicates that both the average particle size increased. TEM observations reveal that PBL-g-PVA particles are core-shell structure.
