基于多算法比较的静态调强射野分割优化研究
Optimization of multileaf collimator leaf sequences based on multiple algorithms
【摘要】 文章通过比较具体临床算例下Galvin、Siochi、Luan 3种典型精确放疗多叶光栅射野分割算法输出结果,研究不同算法对多叶光栅叶片序列优化效果。通过采用3种叶片序列算法比较总子野个数和总机器跳数结果来改进临床多叶光栅叶片序列输出的方法,可以根据不同临床需求获得放射治疗时间较短或光子利用率较高的子野分割效果,是一种有效的叶片序列优化策略,在治疗计划系统中有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 A leaf sequencing optimization method was presented based on the comparison of the results of typical clinical cases by using three algorithms of multileaf collimator(MLC)leaf sequencing of intensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT).These three algorithms were Galvin,Siochi and Luan algorithms.A unique tool for optimizing the leaf sequencing of MLC was presented that can yield shorter treatment time or higher utilization of photons by comparing with the total number of monitor unit(TNMU)and number of segment(NS)of the three typical algorithms.The presented method was an effective strategy and could be applied in radiation therapy treatment planning system.
