基于MCGS的生物质锅炉运行远程监控系统设计
Design of biomass boiler operation remote monitoring system based on MCGS technology
【摘要】 针对生物质燃料锅炉系统多输入多输出的复杂动态特性,提出了一种生物质锅炉运行远程监控系统。通过运用MCGS组态技术和DDE技术,进行MCGS与MATLAB的数据通信,实现了锅炉现场的动态数据采集、实时监控以及生物质燃料锅炉控制系统的优化控制研究。系统具有控制精度高、实时监控、良好人机对话、组态图形清晰直观的特点,有效保证了生物质燃料锅炉经济安全稳定运行。
【Abstract】 In allusion to the complex dynamic features of multiple input and output for the biomass fuel boiler system,a biomass boiler operation remote monitoring system is proposed. By utilizing MCGS configuration technology and DDE technology,to implement data communication between MCGS and MATLAB,dynamic data collection and real-time monitoring of boiler site,optimized control research of biomass fuel boiler control system are realized. The system has the features of high controlling accuracy,real-time monitoring,good man-machine interaction and clear and visualized configuration figure,and the system effectively ensures economic,safe and stable operation of biomass fuel boiler.
