【摘要】 以人为核心的新型城镇化突出了环境宜人性对城镇化进程的要求。当前缺乏标准的环境宜人性测量工具,当今我国城镇化进程中环境宜人性的研究,也因缺乏标准化的测量工具而难以深入。为此,文章在参考已有研究基础上,确定了城镇物理环境的满意感、社区社会环境的参与度、个人与社区工作人员的联系度三个方面的测量指标,进行预测和正式施测,并采用验证性因素分析对量表结构进行验证。结果表明量表具有良好的信度,且结构与数据拟合较好,可以作为对城镇化进程中环境宜人性量化研究的测量工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s new urbanization is a human-centered one which highlights the requirements on environmental amenity inthe process of urbanization. But there is no standard measuring tool on environmental amenity,and the research of environ-mental amenity in the process of urbanization is hard to be carried out in-depth because of the lack of a standard measure-ment. Therefore,this study,based on the existing research achievements,determines three dimensions of the measure-ment: the satisfaction of urban physical environment,the participation of community social environment and the connectionof community members. After predicting and testing,the study adopts the confirmatory factor analysis to verify this scalestructure. The results show that the scale possesses a good reliability,and the structure and data are well-fitted,which canbe used as a measuring tool to conduct a quantitative study on environment amenity in the process of urbanization.更多还原
