【Abstract】 The paper,from the perspective of technological breakthrough of Chinese internet of things(IOT) enterprises,selects the data of 179 listed companies in Chinese IOT industry from 2003 to 2012 as the study sample. We classify the com-panies into three types: breakthrough technology companies, innovative technology companies and strategic technology compa-nies. We carry out the exploration on how these three types of companies making the selection between independent innovationand technology import by employing the multiple value choice model and propensity score matching method. We also draw thepath of technological breakthrough of Chinese IOT enterprises by combining with the context of IOT technology development.更多还原
