喷水推进轴流泵主体设计及性能分析
Main size design and performance analysis axial-flow pumps
【摘要】 针对喷水推进轴流泵流道设计、轴流泵叶轮和导叶体设计进行计算研究,运用CAD软件进行了轴流泵建模设计,利用CFD软件求解了轴流式喷水推进泵内的流场,得出了喷泵的水力性能及内部流场的流动情况,直观地检验了喷泵设计的合理性和可行性,研究结果和结论可为喷水推进装置的整体化设计提供参考.
【Abstract】 The flow area,rotor and stator size of water-jet axial-pump are calculated. With the given design parameters,the axial-pump is designed by CAD,then computational fluid dynamics( CFD) is used to predict the interior flow field of the pump and its hydraulic performance. The result of this research confirms the validity of the proposed method.
