【摘要】 目的:探究血浆和肽素、NT-proBNP浓度对慢性心力衰竭患者生存状况的评估效果。方法:选取2007年5月至2013年5月确诊并住院的慢性心力衰竭患者150例,根据患者的血浆和肽素及NT-proBNP浓度分为高浓度组和低浓度组,比较两组患者的心脏功能指标。比较不同心功能分级患者的NT-proBNP浓度。出院后随访一年,根据随访结果分为无复发组和心脏事件组,比较两组患者的血浆和肽素及NT-proBNP浓度。结果:低浓度组患者LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD等指标均优于高浓度组。心力衰竭患者的心功能分级越差,NT-proBNP浓度越高。心脏事件组的血浆和肽素及NTproBNP浓度均高于无复发组。以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血浆和肽素、NT-proBNP浓度对慢性心力衰竭患者生存状况的评估效果良好。慢性心衰患者的血浆和肽素及NT-proBNP浓度越高,心脏功能指标越差,发生心脏事件的概率越大,即生存状况越差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the evaluation effect of plasma copeptin,NT-proBNP concentration on the survival status of patients with chronic heart failure( CHF). Method: 150 cases of patients with CHF were selected who diagnosed and hospitalized in our hospital from May 2007 to May 2013,according to the plasma and peptide hormone and NT- pro BNP concentration,patients were divided into high concentration group and low concentration group,compared cardiac function index of two groups patients and NT-proBNP concentration of patients with different functional grading. Following up for one year after discharging,according to the result,patients were divided into non recurrence group and heart event group,compared plasma and peptide hormone and NT- pro BNP concentration of two groups patients. Result: LVEF,LVESD,LVEDD and other indicators of the patients of low concentration group were better than the high concentration group. The worse classification of cardiac function in patients with heart failure,the higher concentration of NT-pro BN plasma and peptide and NT- pro BNP concentrations of heart event group were higher in recurrence-free group.The above differences had statistical significance( P < 0.05). Conclusion: The evaluation effect of plasma copeptin,NT-proBNP concentration on the survival status of patients with CHF is good. The higher plasma and peptide in and NT- pro BNP concentration of patients with chronic heart failure is,the worse index of the heart function,and the greater the probability of occurrence of cardiac events,namely the worse survival situation.更多还原
