基于NMR代谢组学的参附注射液的心肺复苏保护作用研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨参附注射液在心肺复苏中的临床疗效及机制。方法:选取34例行心肺复苏患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用常规治疗。治疗组采用参附注射液联合常规治疗。观察心肺复苏后患者自主心率、平均动脉压、自主呼吸、血氧饱和度。采用NMR(核磁共振)代谢组学分析不同代谢物表达。结果:治疗组患者心肺复苏后自主心率、平均动脉压、自主呼吸、血氧饱和度高于对照组,且恢复正常的时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。NMR代谢组学发现治疗组尿样中脯氨酸、亮氨酸、缬氨酸、葡萄糖水平均有所上升,治疗组与对照组的代谢谱有明显差异。结论:参附注射液联合常规治疗对心肺复苏患者具有明显的保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical curative effect and mechanism of Shenfu iniection in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Method: 64 patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Shenfu injection combined with conventional therapy were used in treatment group and conventional therapy alone was used in control group. The independent heart rate,mean arterial pressure,spontaneous breathing and blood oxygen saturation after cardiopulmonary resuscitation( CPR) were observed. The nuclear magnetic resonance( NMR) metabolomics analyzed different metabolites expression. Result: After CPR,the independent heart rate,mean arterial pressure,spontaneous breathing and blood oxygen of treatment group were higher than the control group,and the time of return to normal was shorter than the control group.( P <0.05). NMR results show that the levels of proline,leucine,valine,glucose of levels treatment group were increased. The metabolic spectrum of treatment group and control group had obvious difference. Conclusion: Shenfu injection combined with conventional therapy in patients with CPR has obvious protective effect.
