沥青基短切碳纤维氧化改性及其天然橡胶复合材料的性能

【摘要】 研究了沥青基短切碳纤维(PCF)表面高温氧化改性时间及PCF用量对天然橡胶(NR)结构与性能的影响。结果表明,随高温氧化处理时间的延长,PCF表面出现较明显的凹坑,粗糙度增加,与NR的界面黏结明显改善。添加5份高温氧化处理的PCF时能大幅提高PCF/NR硫化胶的拉伸强度和100%定伸应力;随着改性PCF(高温处理320 min)用量的增加,PCF/NR硫化胶的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率在PCF用量为5份时出现最大值,撕裂强度在10份时出现最大值,100%定伸应力基本未变,邵尔A硬度略有增大,热导率基本呈线性增加,储能模量明显增大,损耗因子峰值降低,玻璃化转变温度略向低温方向移动。

【Abstract】 The surface of pitch-based chopped carbon fiber( PCF) was treated by oxidation at high temperature,and the impact of oxidation modification time,and amount of PCF on structure and performance of natural rubber( NR) was studied.The results showed that obvious pits formed on the surface of PCF,roughness of the surface increased,and the interfacial adhesion between NR and PCF significantly improved with prolonging the time of high-temperature oxidation.The introduction of 5 phr high temperature oxidation PCF greatly enhanced tensile strength and modulus at100% of PCF / NR vulcanizates;as amount of PCF( oxidized at high temperature for 320 min) increased,tensile strength and elongation at break reached maximum at 5 phr PCF,tear strength reached the maximum at10 phr modified PCF,modulus at 100% changed little,Shore A hardness increased slightly,and the thermal conductivity increased linearly;The storage modulus significantly increased,the peak value of loss factor reduced regularly;the glass transition temperature shifteded to lower temperature.
