【Abstract】 7-O-propargyl genistein( 3) was synthesized by a two-step reaction,using genistein as the starting material. 7-O-[1-( 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glycosidic)-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-methyl]-genistein( 5a ~ 5c) were synthesized by Click reaction of 3 with azido acetyl sugar,using Cu I as the catalyst. Glycoconjugates( 6a ~ 6c) of genisteins with 1,2,3-triazoles moiety were synthesized by deacetylation of 5. 3,5 and 6 were novel compounds and the structures were characterized by1 H NMR,13 C NMR and HR-MS.更多还原
