替卡格雷的合成工艺改进
Process Improvement on the Synthesis of Ticagrelor
【摘要】 以丙二酸二乙酯和硫脲为起始原料,经环合、取代、硝化及还原等9步反应合成了替卡格雷,总收率20.9%,其结构经1H NMR和HR-ESI-MS确证。
【Abstract】 Ticagrelor in overall yield of 20.9% was synthesized by a nine-steps reaction of cyclization,substitution,nitration and reduction reaction,etc.,using diethyl malonate and thiourea as starting materials. The stuctures were confirmed by 1H NMR and HR-ESI-MS.
