【Abstract】 Two novel compounds,symmetry-N1,N1’-( 1,4-butanediyl)-bis( formylamino)-N4,N4’-bis( substituted phenyl) thiourea( 2a and 2b),were prepared by esterification,hydrazinolysis and then reacted with phenyl isothiocyanate( or p-chlorophenyl isothiocyanate) using adipic acid as the raw material. Two novel compounds,symmetry-3,3’-bis( substituted phenylamino)-4,4’-bis( amino)-5,5’-( 1,4-butanediyl)-1,2,4-triazole,were synthesized by cyclization of 2a or 2b with hydrazine hydrate.The structures were characterized by1 H NMR,IR and elemental analysis.更多还原
