【摘要】 目的观察补肾疏肝汤治疗围绝经期综合征(PMS)的临床疗效。方法将112例PMS患者随机分为2组。治疗组56例予补肾疏肝汤治疗,对照组56例予结合雌激素、安宫黄体酮治疗。2组均1个月为1个疗程,3个疗程后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、生存质量评分、抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)及焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率91.07%,对照组总有效率73.21%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后生存质量评分均升高(P<0.05),SDS评分、SAS评分均降低(P<0.05),且2组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾疏肝汤治疗PMS疗效确切,并能改善性激素水平、生存质量及情绪状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of nourishing- kidney and dispersing- liver decoction on peripheral menopause syndrome( PMS). Methods 112 PMS patients were randomly divided into two groups. 56 patients in treatment group received reinforcing- kidney and dispersing- liver decoction. 56 patients in control group received Premarin combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate. The treatment course was one month. The clinical effect was collected in two groups after 3 courses. The changes of estrogen( E2),follicle stimulating hormone( FSH),luteinizing hormone( LH),life quality integral,self- rating depression scale( SDS) and self- rating anxiety scale( SAS) were observed in two groups before treatment and after 3 courses. Results The total effective rate in treatment group( 91. 07%) was superior to that in control group( 73. 21%,P < 0. 05). The curative effect in treatment group was superior to that in antnol group. The score of life quality integral was increased in two groups after treatment( P < 0. 05),the scores of SDS and SAS were decreased( P < 0. 05),and there was statistical significance between two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Reinforcing- kidney and dispersing- liver decoction has definite effect on peripheral menopause syndrome,can improve hormone level,quality of life and emotional status.更多还原
