【摘要】 目的观察中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效及彩色多普勒超声影像学变化。方法将100例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者随机分为2组。对照组50例采用溶栓、抗凝治疗,治疗组50例在对照组治疗基础上加中药方口服治疗,2组均治疗10 d。检测2组治疗前后D-二聚体、凝血酶原时间(PT)及纤维蛋白原(FIB)变化,彩色多普勒超声检查股静脉内血栓大小及管腔阻塞程度,统计临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率(94.0%)优于对照组(84.0%,P<0.05)。2组治疗后D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),凝血酶原时间升高(P<0.05),且2组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后股静脉超声影像显示完全通畅率较对照组高(P<0.05),完全阻塞率低(P<0.05)。结论溶栓、抗凝联合中药治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成有较好疗效,可有效促进血管再通。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect and color Doppler ultrasonography changes of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity treated by combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine. Methods 100 patients with deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity were randomly divided into two groups. 50 cases in control group received thrombolysis and anticoagulation therapy. 50 cases in treatment group received thrombolysis and anticoagulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine. The course was 10 days in two groups. The changes of D-dimer,PT and fibrinogen were detected. The femoral vein blood clots size and lumen obstruction were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group( 94. 0%) was superior to that in control group( 84. 0%,P < 0. 05). D-dimer and fibrinogen after treatment were decreased as compared with those before treatment in two groups( P < 0. 05). PT was increased( P < 0. 05). There was significant difference between two groups( P < 0. 05). Femoral venous complete patency rate showed by ultrasound imaging in treatment group was higher than that in control group after treatment( P <0. 05). Conclusion Thrombolysis and anticoagulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine on deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity has good curative effect.更多还原
