【摘要】 目的观察复方丹参滴丸联合辛伐他汀片治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将80例高脂血症患者随机分为2组。治疗组40例应用复方丹参滴丸联合辛伐他汀片治疗,对照组40例应用辛伐他汀片治疗。2组均治疗8周。比较2组疗效,观察2组治疗前后血脂水平变化。结果 2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均较本组治疗前改善(P<0.05);对照组治疗后TC、TG及LDL-C均较本组治疗前改善(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C均较对照组治疗后改善(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合辛伐他汀片治疗高脂血症临床疗效显著且安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of compositie salviae dropping pill( CSDP) with Simvastatin in treating primary hyperlipidemia. Methods 80 patients with primary hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in the treatment group were treated with compositie salviae dropping pill( CSDP)( 10 granulationes,tid) combined with Simvastatin( 20 mg,qn). 40 patients in the control group were treated with Simvastatin( 20 mg,qn). The therapeutic course for both groups was 2 months. The therapeutic effect and the effects on blood lipids was observed. Besides,it was tested of blood routine tests,urine routine tests,hepatic function,renal function,electrocardiogram for safety assessment. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 92. 5%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group( 82. 5%,P < 0. 01). The treatment group showed a significant lowering effect on TC,TG and LDL- C and raising effect on HDL- C,and the effect in lowering TC,TG and LDL- C was significantly better than that of Simvastatin( P < 0. 05). The control group could not raising effect on HDL- C. Conclusion Compositie salviae dropping pill combined with Simvastatin is distinct and safe for the treatment of hyperlipidemia.更多还原
