Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌中uPA蛋白与雌激素受体的表达及相关性研究

【摘要】 目的检测u PA蛋白在不同子宫内膜癌中的表达情况,及其与雌激素受体(ER)表达的相关性,进而探讨u PA在子宫内膜癌发生发展中的作用。方法选取子宫内膜癌50例(癌组)、子宫内膜不典型增生50例(癌前病变组)及正常增殖期子宫内膜30例(正常组),应用免疫组化SP法,检测u PA蛋白和ER的表达水平,分析其表达与子宫内膜癌临床病理参数的关系及二者的相关性。结果在不同子宫内膜组织中,u PA蛋白的阳性表达率分别为13.33%、40.00%、54.00%,而ER的阳性表达率呈逐渐下降趋势,分别为100%、72.00%、56.00%,且组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。u PA蛋白及ER的表达率在手术病理分期、肌层浸润深度及有无淋巴结转移,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子宫内膜癌中u PA的表达与ER的表达呈负相关(r=-0.293,P<0.05)。结论 u PA的表达可能受雌激素的调控,参与了子宫内膜癌的发生、发展、浸润等过程。

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression of u PA protein in different kinds of endometrial carcinomas,to investigate the correlation between u PA protein expression and estrogen receptor( ER) expression so as to explore the effect of u PA in the pathogenesis and development of endometrial cancer. Methods The expression levels of u PA protein and ER were detected by immunohistochemisty( SP) in 50 cases of endometrial cancer( cancer group),50 cases of atypical endometrial hyperplasia( precancerous lesion group) and 30 cases of normal proliferative endometrium( control group),and the correlation between their expression levels and clinicopathological parameters of endometrial cancer was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of u PA protein in cancer group,precancerous lesion group and control group were 13. 33%,40. 00%,54. 00%,respectively,however,the positive expression rates of were 100%,72. 00%,56. 00%,respectively,there were significant differences among groups( P < 0. 05),there were significant differences in the positive expression rates between u PA protein and ER in surgical pathological staging,muscular layer infiltration depth and with lymph node metastasis / without lymph node metastasis( P < 0. 05). The expression levels of u PA in endometrial cancer were negatively correlated to those of ER( r =- 0. 293,P < 0. 05). Conclusion The expression of u PA may be regulated by estrogen,which is involved during the pathogenesis,development,infiltration of endometrial cancer.
