【摘要】 目的分析Ki-67在胃癌前病变及胃腺癌中的表达,探讨Ki-67与胃腺癌发生、胃腺癌分化程度和浸润深度的关系。方法采用SP免疫组织化学方法,对102例慢性胃炎、158例胃黏膜异型增生和130例胃腺癌患者进行Ki-67检测,分析其相关关系和临床病理意义。结果 Ki-67在胃炎、低级别异型增生、高级别异型增生及胃腺癌中阳性表达率明显递增,且随着病变加重,强阳性表达显著增多(P<0.05)。130例胃腺癌组织高中分化腺癌Ki-67阳性表达率低于低分化腺癌(P<0.01)。未侵及全层者Ki-67阳性表达率低于侵及全层或突破浆膜者(P<0.01)。结论 Ki-67在胃腺癌的发生中发挥重要作用,胃腺癌Ki-67表达与肿瘤分化程度和浸润深度有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the expression of Ki-67 in precancerous lesion and gastric adenocarcinoma and to investigate the relationship between Ki-67 expression and gastric adenocarcinoma,tumor differentiation and invasion depth.Methods SP immunohistochemical method was applied to detect the expression of Ki-67 in chronic gastritis(102cases),gastric dysplasia(158cases)and gastric adenocarcinoma(130cases)and to analyze its relationship and clinical pathological significance.Results Immunohistochemical results showed that the rates of positive expression of Ki-67 in chronic gastritis,gastric low grade dysplasia,high grade dysplasia and gastric adenocarcinomas showed obviously progressive increase with lesion degree(P<0.05).In 130 cases with gastric adenocarcinoma,the positive expression rate of well-differentiated adenocarcinoma of Ki-67 was lower than that of poor-differentiated adenocarcinoma(P<0.01).The positive rate of Ki-67 in not invaded full-thickness was lower than that in invaded fullthickness or breakthrough of serous membrane(P<0.01).Conclusion Ki-67 plays important roles in gastric carcinogenesis.The positive expression of Ki-67 in gastric adenocarcinoma related with the tumor differentiation and invasion.更多还原
