【Abstract】 Based upon previous imageological study and biomechanical study,we found that non-uniform settlement of ankle joint is one of the key factors in the development and progression of medial osteoarthritis of ankle joint.Accordingly,we treated three cases of medial osteoarthritis of ankle joint by distal fibular osteotomy.Significant pain relief and satisfactory functional recovery of the affected ankle joint has been achieved.更多还原
