秦皇岛海域夜光藻种群密度与环境因子的关系

【摘要】 对2011年5月至6月秦皇岛近岸海域夜光藻种群密度和海水环境因子调查数据的相关分析表明:夜光藻种群密度与无机氮(亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐、氨氮)、磷酸盐、溶解氧和pH 7个因子不存在线性相关关系,与温度和硅酸盐存在显著正相关线性关系,相关系数分别为0.682(P=0.00<0.01)和0.702(P=0.00<0.01),与透明度和盐度存在显著负相关线性关系,相关系数分别为-0.470(P=0.013<0.05)和-0.631(P=0.00<0.01)。夜光藻高密度出现的盐度、温度、透明度、溶解氧和pH的值分别为31‰、20℃、1 m、9 mg/L和8.1。

【Abstract】 Based on the environmental survey data in off-shore of Qin Huangdao from May to June2011,correlation analysis was made between population density of Noctiluca scintillans and environmental factors.The results indicates that population density of Noctiluca scintillans does not exist linear correlation with inorganic nitrogen,nitrite,nitrate,ammonia nitrogen,phosphate,dissolved oxygen and PH,it is positive correlation with temperature and silicate noctiluca and negatively correlation with transparency and salinity.High cell density of Noctiluca scintillans only appeared when temperature,transparency,salinity,dissolved oxygen and PH were 20 ℃,1m,31‰,9mg/L and 8.1and when Nitrite,nitrate,ammonium and phosphate were about 1.0μg/L,between 50~150μg/L,between 20~40μg/L and about 5.0μg/L,respectively.
