【摘要】 目的:比较舌下含服标准化尘螨变应原疫苗滴剂治疗老年与中青年常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法:将542例常年性变应性鼻炎患者按年龄分为老年组及中青年组,采用舌下含服标准化尘螨变应原疫苗滴剂治疗1年,以治疗前后症状和体征评分的总和评价疗效以及观察不良反应情况。结果:老年组共145例,总有效率64.2%,不良反应发生率为9.66%。中青年组共397例,总有效率80.9%,不良反应发生率3.53%,两组治疗后的鼻部症状及体征评分均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:舌下含服标准化尘螨变应原疫苗滴剂治疗能显著改善老年及中青年常年性变应性鼻炎患者鼻部症状及体征,具有较好的临床疗效,但对老年常年性变应性鼻炎较中青年变应性鼻炎效果差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of standardized dust mite allergen vaccine in the old and middle-young age groups with perennial allergic rhinitis.Methods:542patients with perennial AR were divided into two groups according to age.Results:These patients were treated with standardized dust mite allergen vaccine for one year,and then evaluated the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions according to the scores of clinical symptom and sign of nose.145 patients in old group also had a significant improvement on clinical symptom and physical sign of nose.The total effective rate was 64.2%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 9.66%.397 patients in middle-young age group had a significant improvement on clinical symptom and sign of nose.The total effective rate was 80.9%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.53%.Conclusion:Sublingual immunotherapy with standardized dust mite allergen vaccine is able to improve significantly the clinical symptom and sign of nose,and the therapeutic effect is positive in old and middle-young age groups.However,the therapeutic effect in old groups is inferior to middle-young age groups.更多还原
