热压含碳球团的技术分析与探讨

【摘要】 介绍了热压含碳球团技术开发的意义。对比了日本JFE公司和东北大学钢铁冶金研究所开发的热压含碳球团的工艺技术,对热压含碳球团、烧结矿和氧化球团矿进行了工艺比较。从技术经济方面综合分析了高炉使用热压含碳球团的可行性,并对热压含碳球团的应用前景进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 It is introduced the significance to develop the technique of carbon composite iron ore hot briquette.It is contrasted the processes developed separately by Japanese JEE company or Iron and Steel M etallurgy Research Institute of Northeast University,the carbon composite iron ore hot briquette,sinter and oxidized pellets compared in process. The possibility to use the carbon composite iron ore hot briquette in blast furnace is comprehensively analyzed from ways of technique and economy,its application prospect discussed.
