【Abstract】 This paper,takes a typical civil dispute case caused by decoration noise pollution in 2001 as an example,explores several key general issues in the field of civil law: the problems of the subject of litigation,life protection and damages imputation,mental damage compensation and other issues. These kinds of problems are almost met in the current civil disputes.
