丛藓科18种藓类植物孢子萌发与原丝体发育特征研究
Studies on the Characteristics of Spore Germination and Protonema Development of Eighteen Species of Family Pottiaceae
【摘要】 比较系统地对丛藓科11属18种藓类植物孢子萌发和原丝体发育过程进行研究,分析了其发育过程中的不同特征.参照Nishida对藓类植物孢子萌发和原丝体发育类型的划分标准,将丛藓科18种藓类植物的原丝体发育类型划分成真藓型(Bryum-type)、光藓型(Schistostega-type)、虎尾藓型(Hediwigia-type)和蓑藓型(Macromitrium-type)4种孢子萌发型.根据孢子萌发型的特点,探讨分析了孢子萌发型与丛藓科植物的系统进化、生态适应和生殖策略之间的关系.
【Abstract】 In this study,the spore germination and protonema development of 18 species in 11 genera of family Pottiaceae was systematically investigated,and the characteristics of their developmental processes were analyzed.According to Nishida′s criteria of classification on spore germination and protonema development,the protonema development of 18 species of family Pottiaceae studied herein was divided into four sporeling types,which are Bryum-type,Schistostega-type,Hediwigia-types and Macromitrium-type.Meanwhile,the relationship among sporeling type,system evolution,ecological adaptation and reproductive strategy of family Pottiaceae was also investigated.
