一株马铃薯干腐病病原菌的鉴定与药剂筛选

【摘要】 分离了一株马铃薯干腐病病原菌,经ITS序列分析证实其为尖刀镰孢菌(Fusarium oxysporum),通过培养后喷雾接种感病品种AC0338,接种3 d后采用5种药剂进行防治。结果表明,5种药剂处理对马铃薯块茎干腐病均有一定的防治效果,其中以40%多菌灵悬浮剂500倍液处理防效最好,防治效果为72.49%,能有效地控制马铃薯干腐病菌的扩展和蔓延。

【Abstract】 A strain of Fusarium oxysporum isolated from potato dry rot was identified by inter translated spacer sequencing. 5kinds of fungicides for prevention and control dry rot were tested after the strain of dry rot pathogen was isolated in potato tuber and inoculated on potato cultivar of AC0338 for three days. The results showed that all the fungicides had certain effects. Control effect of 40% of carbendazim suspending agent of 500 times fungicide being of 72.49%, which was higher than others. It suggested that carbendazim could effectively control the potato dry rot spreading.
