【摘要】 通过对加入浙江大学湖州市现代农业"1+1+N"产学研联盟的湖州288家服务主体的调查,构建了湖州"1+1+N"农技推广体系运行绩效评价体系,从技术、经济、服务和满意度等4个维度来分析该农技推广体系的运行绩效。结果表明,当前服务主体增产增收取得了一定成效,对"1+1+N"联盟的满意度较高,但还存在联盟整体运行绩效尚不理想、新农技成果推广应用转化率不高、专家指导/培训次数分布不均等问题,最后提出创新发展建议,以期更有效地满足农民的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 By investigating 288 service principals that joined Zhejiang university modern agriculture "1+1+N" union of Huzhou city, the empirical analysis of the operational performance of agricultural technical extension system was conducted from the four dimensions of technique, economic, service and satisfaction. It concluded that, now the service principal have obtained certain effect in increasing production and income, with high satisfaction to the "1+1+N" union. However there existed following problems, the union’s overall operating performance is still unsatisfactory, the conversion rate of spreading and applying new agricultural technological achievement is not high, the distribution of expert guidance and training times is uneven,and so on, then some innovative development was proposed to meet farmers’ demand more effectively.更多还原
