木质纤维素降解菌群的筛选组配及其对秸秆的降解效果

【摘要】 采用苯胺蓝脱色法和纤维素刚果红培养基鉴别法,从所采样品中分离筛选到8株能较好降解木质纤维素的菌株。对8个菌株的LiP酶、MnP酶、Lac酶、C1酶、Cx酶和纤维二糖酶(BG酶)分别进行测定,得到4株酶类齐全且酶活较高的菌株H14、H17、W15、W23。在分析菌株相容性基础上进行菌株组合,对菌群的发酵条件进行优化,,在优化条件下的LiP酶活性可达28.02U/mL,Cx酶活性达38.16U/mL,对玉米秸秆粉末的降解率高达35.24%。该菌群具有进一步研究价值。

【Abstract】 Using aniline blue decoloration and Congo red medium,8 strains which could degrade the cellulose preferable,were screened from the samples. Lignin peroxidase 、Mn peroxidase、Laccase、endoglucanase、exoglucanase and cellobiase activities of 8 strains were analysed, and got 4 strains had total and higher enzymes, that were H14、H17、W15、W23. Based on the analysis of strains consistency,4 strains had been combined. Optimized the fermentation conditions, Li P and Cx activity respectively reached 28.02 U / m L and 38.16 U / m L under the optimization conditions, and the degradation rate of corn straw powder reached 35.24%,on the degradation rate of 35.24% corn bran.which had the value of further study.
