【摘要】 以潮汕地区6个橄榄[Canarium album(Lour.)Raeusch]品种果实为材料,分析其营养品质,为选育优良橄榄品种提供依据。采用2,6-二氯酚靛酚滴定法、考马斯亮蓝染色法、碱滴定法、阿贝折射仪测定法和火焰原子吸收光谱法分别测定6个橄榄品种果实的维生素C、蛋白质、有机酸、可溶性固形物(TSS)和钙等营养品质的含量。结果显示,在这6个橄榄品种中,蛋白质含量以丰玉1号为最佳,可溶性固形物含量以饶甜1号和呐种并列第一,有机酸含量以鸡心为最高,维生素C含量以丰玉2号为最好,而钙含量则以呐种位居榜首。丰玉1号和呐种可作为鲜食良种加以重点选育并推广,丰玉2号和饶甜1号适宜鲜食,可作配套品种推广,而鸡心和土呐适宜加工。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fruit nutritional quality of 6 Canarium album(Lour.) Raeusch cultivars from Chaoshan area in Guangdong were measured in order to provide evidence for breeading superior cultivars. The content of vitamin C, protein, organic acid, total soluble solid and calcium in 6 cultivars of C. album fruit was determined by 2, 6-Dichloro phenol indophenol titration,Coomassie brilliant blue staining method, acid-base titration, Abbe refractometer and flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) respectively. The results showed that the content of protein in C. album cv. Fengyu No.1 was the highest while C.album cv. Raotian No.1 and C. album cv. Nazhong ranked the first of TSS content. Organic acid content was the highest in C. album cv. Jixin; and vitamin C in C. album cv. Fengyu No.2 and calcium content in C. album cv. Nazhong was the highest. C. album cv. Feng Yu 1 and C. album cv. Nazhong could be the main breeding and popularizing cultivars for fresh seeds;C. album cv. Fengyu No. 2 and C. album cv.
