【摘要】 土地整治绩效评价是土地整治的风向标,对土地整治的成效起着重要的作用。在浠水县土地整治规划项目的背景下,从项目初期开始到项目结束后构建全过程的土地整治绩效评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法建立模型进行评价。结果表明,"项目总体绩效"评价结果为"优"等,对应分值处于高得分水平。通过分析研究可以更好地把握项目实施情况,确保土地整治工作的质量和效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Performance evaluation of land remediation is land remediation of the wind vane, which plays an important role in land consolidation effect. In this paper, under the background of land consolidation planning project in Xishui County, the the evaluation index system of land regulation performance in the whole process was constructed from the begaining of the project to the end of it. Using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the model to evaluate the implementation situation was established, it helped better grasp the application of the project through the analysis and research, and ensure the quality and benefit of land rectification work.更多还原
