9个贵州地方抗旱桑树材料的养蚕对比试验
Comparative Tests of Silkworm Rearing with 9 Local Drought-Resistant Mulberry Tree in Guizhou Province
【摘要】 为了在贵州筛选出抗旱性强且养蚕成绩较为理想的桑树品种,对9个贵州地方抗旱桑树材料(ZL10、HP11、HP8、DJ2、THS、SP3、HCS、GSY12和DJ6)与贵州现行栽种较为抗旱的湖桑32(HS32,CK)进行了养蚕对比试验。结果表明,克蚁收茧量、全茧量方面,SP3桑树饲养的蚕与对照相比分别低14.57%和14.44%,差异极显著(P<0.01),其他桑树材料与对照相比无显著性差异。茧层量方面,SP3与THS、DJ2、GSY12、CK、DJ6、HCS、ZL10、HP8间差异极显著(P<0.01),THS与HCS、ZL10、HP8、HP11、SP3间差异极显著(P<0.01),其中,SP3材料饲养的蚕茧层量比CK少17.07%;THS与DJ6间,HP11与SP3间差异显著(P<0.05)。茧层率方面各桑树材料间无显著差异。综合来看,THS、DJ2和GSY12等3个桑树材料的各项指标均优于对照,DJ6、HP8、HCS、ZL10和HP11等5个桑树材料的养蚕综合成绩与对照接近,这8个桑树材料在贵州抗旱桑树品种选育中具有一定的应用价值,可进一步进行优良抗旱桑树的筛选试验。
【Abstract】 In order to screen the ideal mulberry tree with high drought resistance and best rearing performance for silkworms,9 local drought-resistant mulberry trees including ZL10, HP11, HP8, DJ2, THS, SP3, HCS, GSY12 and DJ6 were compared with Husang 32(HS32) presently planted in Guizhou province in terms of its rearing performance for silkworms. The results showed that the cocoon yield per gram of newly hatched larvae and entire cocoon quantity of the silkworm reared by SP3 mulberry tree were extremely lower than that of HS32 with 14.57% and 14.44%, respectively. There was no significant difference among other mulberry trees compared with HS32. The cocoon shell weight of the silkworms reared with SP3 was significantly different with those reared with THS, DJ2, GSY12, CK, DJ6, HCS, ZL10, HP8. The silkworms reared by THS were significantly different with those reared by HCS, ZL10, HP8, HP11, SP3 in terms of cocoon shell weight. The cocoon shell weights of the silkworm reared by SP3 were 17.07% lower than those reared by CK(P<0.01). The cocoon shell weight between the silkworms reared by THS and DJ6, HP11 and SP3 was significantly different(P<0.05). The cocoon shell ratio of the silkworms reared with various mulberry trees had no significant difference. The indices of three mulberry trees including THS, DJ2 and GSY12 were better than that of the control. The indices of DJ6, HP8, HCS, ZL10 and HP11 were close to that of the control. The 8 mulberry trees had certain application value in selecting and breeding drought-resistant mulberry tree in Guizhou province.
