朝鲜淫羊藿多糖的提取工艺研究

【摘要】 采用超高压方法和微波辅助方法优化了朝鲜淫羊藿(Epimedium koreanum Nakai.)多糖的提取工艺。通过试验确定了超高压提取朝鲜淫羊藿多糖的最佳工艺为体积分数30%乙醇溶液、300 MPa、提取30 s、固液比1∶50(g:m L);微波辅助提取朝鲜淫羊藿多糖的最佳工艺为体积分数30%乙醇溶液、700 W、提取60 s、固液比1∶50(g:m L)。通过对比2种提取方法可知,超高压提取的多糖溶液在外观上澄清透明,优于微波提取,但在多糖提取率上2种方法没有明显差别。

【Abstract】 The technologies of extracting polysaccharides from Epimedium koreanum Nakai. were studied by ultra-high pressure extraction(UPE) and microwave-assisted extraction(ME). The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were extraction solvent 30% ethanol solvent, extraction pressure 300 MPa, extraction time 30 s, solid/liquid ratio 1∶50(g:m L) for UPE and extraction solvent 30%, extraction power 700 W, extraction time 60 s, solid/liquid ratio 1∶50(g:m L) for ME, respectively. Comparing on two extraction methods, the yield of polysaccharides extracted by two extraction method was not significantly different. UPE was more appropriate than ME in appearance.
