植物对盐胁迫的响应、调控和适应机理
Mechanisms of Plant Response,Regulation and Adaptation to Salt Stress
【摘要】 盐胁迫是世界范围内限制作物产量和农业生产的主要非生物胁迫。探索盐胁迫对植物的影响,研究并利用植物的耐盐机制,选育和开发耐盐作物品种,对于更合理有效地利用有限的耕地具有重要的研究和应用价值。从降低盐胁迫的损伤程度,建立内部渗透平衡和钠离子内稳态,调控自身生长状态这三个方面综述了最新的植物耐盐机制,旨在为进一步推动耐盐作物选育、加快盐土地开发提供参考。
【Abstract】 Salt stress is the major abiotic stress limiting crop yield and agricultural production worldwide. It is significant to study the effects of salt stress on plants and the mechanism of plant salt tolerance for breeding new varieties with high salt resistance and reasonable and effective use of limited arable land. The mechanisms of plant salt tolerance were reviewed from three interconnected aspects including alleviate damage, re-establish osmotic equilibrium and homeostasis of sodium ions, and resume plant growth at a reduced rate. It will provide reference for breeding salt resistant crop varieties and developing salt land.
