不同温度对54种花卉种子萌发的影响
The influence of different temperatures on flower seed germination
【摘要】 为了给多种花卉的合理应用提供数据支持,对购买的54种乡土花卉进行了人工气候箱不同温度条件(15℃、20℃、25℃)的发芽试验,研究不同温度对多种花卉的始发芽时间、持续发芽时间、发芽率的影响,结果表明:随着温度升高,大部分花卉种类的始发芽时间逐渐提前、持续发芽时间逐渐缩短;各种花卉适宜发芽的温度各异,差异显著性不同,波斯菊、松果菊、花环菊、蓝蓟、紫花地丁等种类不同温度的发芽率差异显著,如松果菊15℃条件下发芽率只有20%,与20℃、25℃条件下发芽率约为65%~70%差异显著;矢车菊、轮峰菊、蓝刺头、黄晶菊、红花、高山勿忘草等种类不同温度的发芽率差异不显著,如高山勿忘草15℃、20℃、25℃条件下发芽率约为60%~70%,无显著性差异;蓝刺头、黄晶菊、飞燕草、甘野菊、射干、耧斗菜、花环菊、除虫菊、麦仙翁、矮生大滨菊、石碱花、琉璃苣、蛇莓、宿根花菱草、美丽飞蓬、假龙头等发芽率均低于50%,属于发芽较困难的。
【Abstract】 The study aimed to exploit native plants better and provide data support for reasonable application of various flowers.The sprout experiment on the 54 species of native flowers was conducted in the plant growth chamber under different temperature conditions(15℃,20℃ and 25℃)to research the effects of different temperature on the initial germinating time,lasting germinating time and germination rate of various flower species.The results revealed that as temperature rose,the majority of flower species under different temperature stress began to germinate in advance gradually,with their germination duration gradually shorten.Besides,there was no unified rule in the change of germination rate,but obvious significance of difference.Comprehensive conclusion:Native flower seed germination rate differed from suppliers like Cosmos bipinnata,Echinacea purpurea,Chrysanthemum carinatum;etc.with big difference of flower bud rate.Germination rate of Echinops sphaerocephalus,Chrysanthemum multicaule,Consolida ajacis,Dendranthema lavandulifolium var.Seticuspe,Belamcanda chinensis,Aquilegia viridiflora,Chrysanthemum carinatum,Pyrethrum cinerariifolium,Agrostemma githago,etc was lower than 50%,which belong to the flower species with hard germination.The hard germination of flower species is supposed to be owing to the seed dormancy themselves or seed for a long time or earlier harvest time,etc.,which needs further research.
