“开放式”实践教学体系的构建与实施——以“电气工程实验中心”为例

【摘要】 确立应用型人才培养的理念,构建"开放式"实践教学资源平台和实践教学体系,探索实施"基础层、实践层、综合应用层"的人才培养方案。专业实践及就业信息反馈表明,应用型人才培养模式下的"开放式"实践教学成效显著,学生工程实践能力、综合应用能力、科研思维和创新能力等均得以提高,有助于应用型人才培养目标的实现。

【Abstract】 The paper aims to establish the core idea of training application- type talents,to integrate and expand application- oriented practical teaching resources on and out of campus and to perfect the structure of teaching staff. It also aims to construct an open platform for practical teaching resources and an open practical teaching system in the application- type talents training mode,as well as to implement the scheme of talent training at basic level,practical level and integrated application level. The practice and the feedback of employment information reveal that the effect of open practical teaching in the electric engineering experimental center based on the application- type personnel training mode is striking,and that students ’engineering practice ability,comprehensive application ability,awareness of scientific research and innovative ability,etc.
