【Abstract】 The paper aims to establish the core idea of training application- type talents,to integrate and expand application- oriented practical teaching resources on and out of campus and to perfect the structure of teaching staff. It also aims to construct an open platform for practical teaching resources and an open practical teaching system in the application- type talents training mode,as well as to implement the scheme of talent training at basic level,practical level and integrated application level. The practice and the feedback of employment information reveal that the effect of open practical teaching in the electric engineering experimental center based on the application- type personnel training mode is striking,and that students ’engineering practice ability,comprehensive application ability,awareness of scientific research and innovative ability,etc.更多还原
