浅析旅游业新常态发展下的高职导游人才的培养研究
Research on the Cultivation of Tour Guide Talents under the New Normal Development of Tourism Industry
【摘要】 在旅游业新常态集中体现为休闲体验游势头渐起,自由行成为主流以及互联网思维模式下旅游旅游产业升级,随着《旅游法》的实施,"智慧旅游"和"休闲旅游"的兴起,对被誉为旅游发展生力军的导游人员以及对高职导游人才的培养都提出了新挑战。高职导游人才培养,应紧跟旅游产业发展新常态,培养适应于旅游业发展的高素质技术技能型人才。
【Abstract】 The training of tour guide talents should keep pace with the new normal development of the tourism industry,and develop the high quality technical skills for the tourism development.
