【摘要】 廉租房是政府向处于城市基本水平线下的贫困居民提供的一种福利保障,随着社会保障的日臻完善,廉租房也越来越成为一项重要的民生保障工程。近年来,安徽省高度重视廉租房等保障性住房的建设工作,但是随着建设工作的不断深入,廉租房政策在具体的实施过程中也出现了一些问题。基于安徽省的实际情况,对当前发展的现状和存在的问题进行分析并结合省情对其提出相应的对策、建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The low- rent housing,which is a kind of welfare guarantee that the government has been provided to the low- income group under urban basic line. With the improving social welfare and security,low- rent housing has become a vital way to ensure the wellbeing of the people rapidly. In recent years,Anhui Province has paid more attention to the construction work about low- rent housing and other security housing. However,some problems in practice has been emerged coupling with the deeper construction work. Based on the real conditions of Anhui Province,present situation and existed problems has been analyzed.
