燃料乙醇生产中低聚糖及有机酸的HPLC分析及应用效果
HPLC Analysis and Application Effect of Oligosaccharides and Organic Acid in the Production of Fuel Ethanol
【摘要】 在燃料乙醇生产过程中,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)对低聚糖及有机酸进行监测;探讨了HPLC法的跟踪效果,并对有问题的发酵结果进行了分析。结果表明:对发酵液开展HPLC检测,在生产工艺的优化及决策上效果理想,可满足过程监控的需求。
【Abstract】 The content of oligosaccharide and organic acid in the production process of fuel ethanol was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The tracking effect of HPLC was discussed,and the problem of fermentation data were analyzed.The results showed that,HPLC analysis of fermentation liquid was ideal in the production process optimization and decision making,and met the requirements of process monitoring.
