【摘要】 采用NFD树脂对纯棉织物进行免烫整理,并通过单因素实验和正交试验优化了免烫整理工艺,即:树脂NFD用量为80g/L,催化剂CS-200用量为20g/L,柔软剂DT-50B用量为20g/L,保护剂DTP用量为30g/L,pH值为4~5,100℃预烘3min,160℃焙烘2min。整理后的织物折皱回复角可达239.1°,5次水洗后,DP级可达3.2级,达到免烫纺织品的标准要求,且强力保留率在60%以上,甲醛残留量低于75mg/kg。由大试报告可知,NFD树脂免烫整理效果与巴斯夫树脂F-ECO相当。更多还原

【Abstract】 Low-formaldehyde easy-care finish is carried out on cotton fabric with NFD.The process is optimized via single factor and orthogonal experiment as follows:NFD 80g/L,catalyst CS-200 20g/L,softener DT-50B20g/L,protector DTP30g/L,the pH value is adjusted between 4~5,pre-drying at 100 ℃ for 3min and curing at 160 ℃ for 2min.The finished cotton fabric has wrinkle recovery angle of 239.1°;after home laundering for 5times,DP grade reaches 3.2,meeting the standard requirements of easy-care cotton fabrics;the tensile strength of the fabrics remains above 60%;the residual quantity of formaldehyde on the fabrics is below 75mg/kg.The easy-care finish effect of resin NFD is equal to F-ECO.更多还原
