【Abstract】 The mode of "single-center management and control"adopted to cope with network public opinions of the emergencies,doesn′t meet the requirements of the new online media era and has resulted in the problems of lack of innovation in ideas and inability to cope with the issues.To establish the"multi center governance"concept and coping mode is quite urgent.In accordance with the concept of governance,the government should establish positive response awareness,improve management capabilities,and enhance the ability to interact,and to better respond to network public opinions on emergencies.更多还原
