基于广域实时共享的低频减载最优化方法研究
Study on UFLS Optimization Based on Wide-area Real-time Sharing
【摘要】 针对电力系统控制系统广域协调控制保护的问题,采用广域实时共享的低频减载的方法进行分层分布配置。在智能电网中,由分层分布式配置完成区域低频减载控制中心及其附属控制子站的低频减载。优化广域低频减载的结构实现负荷减载容量的智能分配,并构建主站低频减载实时控制模型。在优化后的模型中引入单位负荷切除因子,单位负荷切除因子采用定量表征不同切负荷节点的负荷特征信息,以此产生对应的切负荷动作。最后研究在多约束条件下最优化综合模型的求解算法,并仿真分析该模型在4种故障场景下的减载效果。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of wide area coordinated control protection in power control system,we adopted the method of UFLS(Under Frequency Load Shedding)of wide area real-time sharing of layered distribution configuration.In the smart grid,the layered distribution configuration completed the regional low frequency load shedding control center and its affiliated control stations.The optimized structure of the wide area UFLS,realized the intelligent distribution of load carrying capacity reduction,and built the main control model station of UFLS.Introducing the unit load factor into the model,the unit factor was used to quantitatively represent the characteristic information of different load shedding nodes,and then generated the corresponding load shedding action.Under the condition of constraint optimization integrated algorithm,the simulation analysed in four kinds of fault scenarios model within UFLS.
