【摘要】 近年来随着城市化的不断推进,加上机动车价格亲民,城市中机动车保有量大幅提高。其一方面带来了环境污染,另一方面致使交通越来越拥堵。机动车大肆争夺非机动车的通行空间,非机动车几近无路可走,通行权受到严重侵害的现象已相当普遍。贯彻人本思想进行交通立法,加强交通执法,规范机动车的行为,切实保障非机动车通行权,从而构建和谐平安的城市交通环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the advancement of urbanization and the price coming down,motor vehicles have greatly increased in Chinese cities.On the one hand this brings environmental pollution,on the other hand it causes more traffic congestion.So motor vehicles take more traffic space of non-motor vehicles,non-motor vehicles have almost no space on the road.Their passage right on the road has always been seriously infringed.We should implement traffic legislation based on humanistic idea,strengthen the traffic law enforcement,standardize the behavior of the motor vehicles,ensure the non-motor vehicles’ passage right,so as to construct the harmonious and safe traffic environment in the city.更多还原
