【Abstract】 Big data constitutes one of the technical backgrounds of contemporary education,which wlll inevitably have a profound impact on educational elements including learners’ rights.Learning resources,learning process,learning assessment and leaners’ status therefore have undergone dramatic changes.Roles of learners have been transforming from passive educatee to constructers of knowledge,recreators of human resources,participants of educational management and builders of the learning society.It is necessary to pay speical attention to leaners’ rights in the day of big data and discuss the basis to guarantee their rights.更多还原
