企业员工心理问题新表现——下班沉默的成因及对策探析
The New Performance of Employee Psychological Problems—the Study of the Origination and Countermeasures of the Phenomenon of Indifference after Work
【摘要】 随着社会节奏的加快,下班沉默已经成为当前企业员工中的一种较为普遍的心理现象,它不仅给员工自身带来了很大的影响、更给家庭和企业造成了极大的危害。通过对相关研究进行梳理和分析,最终发现,员工的工作压力、工作倦怠感、工作家庭冲突以及我国文化所特有的人际交往模式和社会的交往异化都有可能成为产生下班沉默的主要原因。进而,论文从员工个人、企业组织、政府和社会三个方面提出相对应的解决措施,以期望能够更好的应对这一问题。
【Abstract】 With the pace of life continues increasing,indifference after work has become a common psychological phenomenon within current enterprise staff,which brings a great harm to the individual,family and company.Through the analysis of the related research,the author found that work stress,job burnout,work family conflict,together with the unique patterns of interaction in China and alienation of communication may be the primary reasons for this problem. And then,the article puts forward some advices from three aspects: individual,organization and society,in order to solve the problem.
