【摘要】 目的建立测定小儿清肺止咳片中栀子苷含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil-C18柱,乙腈-水(12∶88)为流动相,流速为1.0m L·min-1,检测波长为240nm,柱温为30℃。结果栀子苷浓度在5.0~50.0μg·m L-1间具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),栀子苷平均回收率为100.4%,方法精密度(RSD)为0.44%(n=6)。结论该法可用于小儿清肺止咳片中栀子苷的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish the RP-HPLC method for determination of geniposide in Xiaoer Qingfei Zhike Pian. METHODS A RP-HPLC method was established. The chromatographic column was Diamonsil-C18. The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile – water( 12∶ 88,V / V). The flow rate was 1. 0m L·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 240 nm. RESULTS The linear range of geniposide was 5. 0 ~ 50. 0μg ·m L-1( r = 0. 9998). The average recovery for geniposide was 100. 4%,precision of the method was 0. 44%( RSD,n = 6).
