头孢曲松钠的XRD和~1H-NMR鉴定方法研究

【摘要】 目的建立头孢曲松钠的XRD和1H-NMR鉴定方法。方法将头孢曲松钠样品分别用X多晶粉末衍射仪和500MHz高分辨核磁共振谱仪进行测试并得到相应谱图,然后进一步分析和处理。结果 XRD谱图以晶面间距d(7.96,7.06,5.74,4.82,4.70,4.44,4.19,3.91,3.73,3.16,2.64)为标准对照;1H-NMR谱图以分别位于δ3.5ppm,3.8ppm,6.7ppm和7.1ppm的四个特征单峰:A,B,C和D,且峰积分面积比A∶B∶C∶D=3∶3∶1∶2为标准对照。结论上述方法简便易行,无需对谱图中所有的峰进行归属和解析。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To develep identification methods for Ceftriaxone based on1H-NMR and XRD. METHODS X’pert polycrystalline powder diffraction and high resolution 500 MHz NMR spectrometer were used to test Ceftriaxone samples. The corresponding spectra were analyzed and described. RESULTS XRD patterns with special interplanar spacingd(7. 96,7. 06,5. 74,4. 82,4. 70,4. 44,4. 19,3. 91,3. 73,3. 16,2. 64) were chosen as the standard referenc; In1H-NMR spectra with δ 3. 5ppm,3. 8ppm,6. 7ppm and 7. 1ppm,which have peak integration area ratio A∶ B∶ C∶ D = 3∶ 3∶ 1∶ 2 were chosen as the standard reference. CONCLUSION This proposed method can be convient in application without the need of identification and assignment of all the peaks.
