【摘要】 目的建立藿草壮骨合剂的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中淫羊藿、熟地黄进行鉴别。结果在薄层色谱上鉴别出制剂中淫羊藿、熟地黄的特征斑点,且斑点清晰,无干扰。结论该法结果可靠,方法简便,专属性强,重现性、耐用性好,可为藿草壮骨合剂的质量控制提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish methods of quality control for the Huocao Zhuanggu Mixture.METHODS Epimedium and Rehmannia glutinosa in the prescription were qualitative identified by Thin Layer Chromatography(TLC) method.RESULTS The characteristic spots of Epimedium and Rehmannia glutinosa in prescription by thin layer Chromatography was clear with no disturbance.CONCLUSION This method is viable,simple,high specificity and good repeatability with durability.It can provide the reference of quality control for Huocao Zhuanggu Mixture.更多还原
