【摘要】 目的研究莲子心中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法以芦丁为对照品,可见分光光度法用氯化铝作显色剂,在510nm波长测定总黄铜含量;紫外分光光度法在358nm波长下测定总黄酮含量。结果可见分光法的回收率为98.47%,RSD为0.24%;紫外分光法的回收率为97.10%,RSD为0.35%,比较两种方法的测定结果无显著性差异。结论可见分光光度法显色不稳定,紫外分光光度法显色稳定,且快速和简便,可用于莲子心中总黄酮的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To Study the determination methods of total flavonoids in Plumula Nelumbinis. METHODS Rutin was utilized as reference substance,and the wavelength was 358 nm in ultraviolet spectrophotometry determination,where as it was 510 nm in visible spectrophotometry determination and aluminium chloride was used as chromogenic agent. RESULTS The average recovery was 98. 47% with RSD 0. 24% in visible spectrophotometry method,while 97. 10% with RSD 0. 35% in ultraviolet spectrophotometry method. There was no significant difference between the two results. CONCLUSION The actional color in ultraviolet spectrophotometry is more stable than in visible spectrophotometry,and UV is faster and easier.
