巢蛋白在人胚胎肾中的表达与分布

【摘要】 目的通过研究不同时期人胚胎肾中巢蛋白的表达,探讨巢蛋白在肾发育过程中的作用。方法取12例3~8个月人胚胎肾组织,常规石蜡切片,采用免疫组织化学法检测巢蛋白在胚胎肾中的表达及分布。结果 3~8个月人胚胎肾组织均有巢蛋白的表达。巢蛋白阳性细胞主要分布于肾小球、肾小囊壁层和肾间质内的微血管及毛细血管壁上,且其表达量随胎龄的增加而减少,而在近端小管、远端小管的上皮中未发现阳性细胞。结论正常人胚肾中有巢蛋白的表达,随着胎龄的增加,巢蛋白表达量下降,提示巢蛋白可能参与胚胎肾的发育。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the role of nestin in kidney development through the expression of nestin in human embryonic kidney of different development stage. Methods Embryonic kidney tissues of 3~8 months were obtained and fixed in routine paraffin sections. Immunohistochemical assay was used to detect the expression and distribution of nestin in embryonic kidney. Results Nestin was expressed in human embryonic kidneys of 3~8 months.Nestin positive cells were mainly distributed in glomerulus, renal capsule, and renal interstitial capillaries, while no positive signals could be observed in renal tubules. Expression was decreased with the aging of embryonic kidney.Conclusion Nestin was expressed in human embryonic kidney, and the expression was decreased with the developing of human embryonic kidney, which indicated that nestin might play a role in kidney development.
