肺腺癌组织中Cripto-1、ZEB-1和E-cadherin的表达及意义

【摘要】 目的探讨Cripto-1、ZEB-1和E-cadherin蛋白在肺腺癌组织中的表达及三者之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测72例肺腺癌组织中Cripto-1、ZEB-1和E-cadherin蛋白的表达情况,并结合临床病理资料分析Cripto-1、ZEB-1和E-cadherin表达的相关性。结果 (1)肺腺癌组织中Cripto-1、ZEB-l和E-cadherin的表达率分别为54.17%、58.33%、36.11%,癌旁肺组织分别为20.00%、22.50%、92.50%,三种蛋白在肺腺癌组织和癌旁肺组织中的表达差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)肺腺癌组织中Cripto-l、ZEB-1和E-cadherin蛋白的表达与肺腺癌肿瘤分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05)。(3)肺腺癌组织中Cripto-1的表达与ZEB-1的表达呈正相关(P<0.05),Cripto-1、ZEB-1的表达与E-cadherin的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 Cripto-1、ZEB-1和E-cadherin在肺腺癌发展、浸润和转移中发挥重要作用,联合检测三者能更好地评估肺腺癌患者的预后。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression levels of Cripto-l, ZEB-1 and E-cadherin proteins in lung adenocarcinoma tissues, and to explore the correlation between these three proteins. Methods The expressions of Cripto-1, ZEB-1 and E-cadherin proteins were examined by immunohistochemistry in 72 samples of lung adenocarcinoma tissues. And the correlation between Cripto-1, ZEB-1 and E-cadherin expression was also analyzed by clinical and pathological data. Results The positive expression rate of Cripto-l, ZEB-1 and E-cadherin were 54.17%,58.33%, 36.11% respectively in lung adenocarcinoma tissues, and 20.0%, 22.5%, 92.5% respectively in adjacent tissues, with statistically significant differences between two groups(P<0.01). The expression of Cripto-1, ZEB-1 and E-cadherin showed significant correlation with the differentiation, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The expression of Cripto-1 showed a positive correlation with ZEB-1(P<0.05), while the expression of Cripto-1 and ZEB-1 showed a negative correlation with E-cadherin in the lung adenocarcinoma tissues(P<0.05). Conclusion Expressions of Cripto-1, ZEB-1 and E-cadherin may be involved in the progression, invasion and metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma. A combined examination of these three proteins may help evaluate the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma.
