HOXA10启动子区基因多态性与子宫内膜容受性的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的探讨HOXA10启动子区基因多态性对体外受精及胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法将2013年7月至2014年7月在海南省农垦总医院行IVF-ET的不孕患者220例按照妊娠结局分为妊娠成功组(117例)和受孕失败组(103例),检测两组患者HOXA10基因启动子区SNP位点rs3779456多态性,利用统计学软件SPSS19.0探讨其基因型及等位基因与女性子宫内膜容受性的关联性。结果对TT基因型和(CC+CT)的比较结果及对CC基因型和(TT+CT)的比较结果显示P均<0.05,且TT在受孕并正常发育组和受孕失败组的OR值为1.45。对等位基因T和C的分析显示差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基因型TT有利于子宫内膜对胎儿的容受性,而CC则反之。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of polymorphism of the HOXA10 promoter on the endometrial receptivity of patients who underwent in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET). Methods Two hundred and twenty infertile patients who underwent IVF-ET from July 2013 to July 2014 in Hainan Provincial Nongken General Hospital were divided into two groups according to pregnancy(117 cases, the success group) or not(103 cases, the failure group). The polymorphism of rs3779456 located in the HOXA10 promoter was detected, and the data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 to investigate the correlation between the genotypes and the endometrial receptivity of patients.Results The difference between TT and(CC+CT) was significant with P<0.05, and the difference between CC and(TT+CT) was significant as well. The OR value of TT frequency in the success group and the failure group was 1.45.There was no significant difference between the frequency of allele T and C(P>0.05). Conclusion TT is beneficial to the endometrial receptivity, while CC may be on the contrary.
