【Abstract】 Hypertension in children and adolescents were often ignored in our daily life. However, in recent years, attentions were gradually paid on hypertension in children and adolescents due to the constant increase in the incidence of hypertension in adults and its main complications with high recurrence rate, disability rate and fatality rate of cardiovascular disease. The diagnostic criterion of hypertension in children and adolescents has not yet been globally unified, and there were many factors influencing the diagnosis of hypertension in children and adolescents. Therefore, to make an accurate diagnosis, not only accurate measurements but also long time observations and comprehensive assessment are needed. In order to further strengthen the awareness of hypertension in children and adolescents and to standardize diagnosis and treatment, relevant researches were summarized and analyzed in this article for reference.更多还原
